I just found your site while looking for inspiration on how to make a Unicorn cake from an image I had downloaded and printed. This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm going to do it for my 4 yr old great-granddaughter. As Ayesha says below it will be hard to recreate but I'll do my best.

The cake was amazing, as always, Zoe. But I really liked the marbled base for it. I used to do the same thing with Play-Dough but NEVER came out as well. Haha And the pearls and stars really gave it a 3D look.
I loved the cake... only you could improve on something already so cute but what was really impressive was the board... that really took it from a gorgeous cake to amazing... total presentation
Hi Zoe. This cake is amazing. Can I ask what ratio or measurements you use to make the gold paint? I have a rolkolm dust and when I mix it with vodka I either end up with a watery substance with a bit of sparkle or it isn't very easily painted and the vodka evaporates too quickly. Any help you could give me would be great xx
I really want to make this cake in two weeks time but I just cannot resize the picture to A4. I really need to find a way to do this. I have spent a couple of hours trying with no success. I end up with a picture over 4 pages. Can anyone help?
