To do a resistance check you isolate component from circuit. Your test is showing circuit okay. Take lead from glow plugs, put common of meter to engine. then place red lead on top of each glow plug. that will check glow plugs!

I have the same issue but with cylinder 1-4 but instead of "activation" i have "control" is this the module that has the issue?
