Another title I was totally expecting to show up was the special edition of Moon. Fully out there and dripping with Japanese style, I saw that the anti-rpg has a physical on play Asia and snapped it up!
That's my BIGGEST wish for the Switch, if they release a Senran Kagura Collection and it sells well Marvelous would maybe finally ditch the Playstation and make Senran Kagura 7Even a Switch exclusive.
Huh. I genuinely didn't know it *wasn't* on there. I thought that _Burst Re:Newal_ would at least be on the Switch. Seems such an obvious fit. How dumb that it isn't. They're leaving easy money on the table. At least _Hinomaruko_ (if it still exists) is supposed to come to the Switch.
_Lethal League: Blaze_ is kinda an overlooked masterpiece (it has 95% approval on Steam). It's a super fun multiplayer game in which you battle by batting a ball back and forth against your opponents (like some sort of homicidal dodgeball), and the ball can reach preposterous speeds (say 1000 mph+), at which point reality itself warps around you and everything breaks. It is ridiculous and amazing. The developers are actually based in the Netherlands, so its pretty weird to see a physical release exclusive to Asia.
Oh, of course. :) But people may still be unaware that the Japanese version contains the English translation, especially since this is rarely the case with visual novels.

Hi Jordan: thanks for the great video (which for some reason I only watched now). I would add the massively obscure Headliner to the List. I tested my luck, when I imported the Japanese version (only knowing that the Japanese eShop Version also features English), but I can confirm, that English can be selected from the menu, even though it loads in Japanese first.
Here's an idea for a video, could you make a list of digital only eshop games exclusive to Japan/Asia? While there's plenty of info out there about cartridges (most of which is from yourselves, and is much appreciated!), I can't find any info about digital games. And navigating the regional eshops has a bit of a language barrier... (So far all I've downloaded is Bike Rider DX) *fistbump*

You can buy the english versions of almost all of these on the eshop. I guess you just mean didn't get a western physical release. Why would you import a game that is more cheaply and easily gotten on the eshop? I guess you gotta be a collector it just didnt make sense to say they didn't get a release

While you may get it in the end, they have been nothing but unreliable. False promises, bad excuses and terrible communication. I'm convinced they will never launch another product.
Do you find you're too lazy to change the game card so you just never play many games physically? Like I have great indie games but cba to switch out games unless it's a brand new preordered one so I never go back to my physicals lol
I find the opposite. If it’s downloaded it gets so lost in the list of games I never see it to remind me. If it’s on my shelf I will always know it’s there to play 😃

I’d add Clannad and Little Busters. Both visual novels got a physical release in Japan with the English version included.
They were considered but since I think they are said to be the best visual novels ever, I think more people are likely to know about them
