Good call on Astral Chain. It is a freaking great game, and I wish more people would play it. I'd love a sequel, although considering the sales, I don't think that's in the cards :(
Astral Chain sold over 1 million copies, and is one of Platinum Games best selling games. Bayonetta 2 sold less than that and is getting a sequel, so if sales are the deciding factor it's not unlikely. There are other things that might affect it though... For example, Nintendo being partial owner of the IP and(I've heard, but I'm not sure) the artist being the owner of the main characters in the game instead of Platinum themselves. That means(assuming I don't have bad information) they have to coordinate with two different entities to release a sequel instead of just... doing it... which might make it less likely. Then again Bayonetta is owned by Sega and Nintendo funded its sequels, so if we're comparing other platinum series again, then the coordination thing might not be a problem either.
@@ShineOnDarkness I liked the story but yea, it isn't sth super special like Xenoblade. I agree, the combat is amazing and just feels really good and even more when mastered.

Not on this list but I’d say one of the MOST underrated Game on the Switch would be the recent CyberConnect2 published Title ‘FUGA: Melodies Of Steel’ It’s a bit on the pricey side that’s for sure, but the overall gameplay, Tank based rpg system with an interesting upgrade system (reminds me of Valkyria Chronicles in where you can upgrade the individual parts of your Tank.), interesting story, Character design (Albeit, the designs are furry bait as heck, nevertheless once you get passed that aspect, the artwork is fantastic.) and Soundtrack is quite fantastic.
I actually have been keeping track of that game for a while. I didn't realize it released finally. They have been working a project called the Vengeance Trilogy which they are making 3 games based around the premise of revenge. The other 2 I believe were called Tokyo Ogre Gate and Cecile. Cecil was the one that I remember being very curious about being about witches and being a 2.5D boss rush type of game.
@@kylewood4488-b9r funnily enough I recently looked up what CC2 has been up to in terms of future projects, I’m definitely curious about the 2 ‘vengeance’ projects you just pointed out. It seems like there hasn’t been much info in regards to those mentioned titles, hopefully they aren’t Vaporware. I also heard CC2 is trying to get the rights to Solatorobo: Red the hunter, so they can remaster the game in some way for current gen. Hopefully CC2 is able to remake that game, I recall seeing promotional material for solatorobo back in the day but I never bothered to look more into that game, which sucks because that game is expensive as heck to buy a new sealed copy of it.
Yes. The gal's name is Myuria Tionysus and has only appeared in 2 Star Ocean games to date. This channel is infamous for using busty gals as thumbnails to draw in viewers regardless of which game they come from.
I didn't really enjoy astral chain. It's too repetitive and hollow for me. Combat is great but that's about it. Story is mediocre at best. Platforming controls are clunky. The whole game is hub->investigate->some fights->go into red world and repeat. Some people enjoy it though, i guess it's too simple for me and i'm crazy jrpg fan.

Not on this list but I’d say one of the MOST underrated Game on the Switch would be the recent CyberConnect2 published Title
‘FUGA: Melodies Of Steel’
It’s a bit on the pricey side that’s for sure, but the overall gameplay, Tank based rpg system with an interesting upgrade system (reminds me of Valkyria Chronicles in where you can upgrade the individual parts of your Tank.), interesting story, Character design (Albeit, the designs are furry bait as heck, nevertheless once you get passed that aspect, the artwork is fantastic.) and Soundtrack is quite fantastic.
Neo TWEWY should definitely be on a future one of these videos
Isn't Star Ocean 4 a non-Switch game?
Referring to the thumbnail, mind you.
Yup
Yes. The gal's name is Myuria Tionysus and has only appeared in 2 Star Ocean games to date. This channel is infamous for using busty gals as thumbnails to draw in viewers regardless of which game they come from.
@@raidramon0 Don't you mean Myuria?
@@MoreEvilThanYahweh Thanks for the correction.
@@raidramon0 Thanks for the heads up. I'll be avoiding this channel from now on.
I'd love to see a Gato Roboto ported to the Playdate. It's monochrome already. It's perfect for that platform.
If I ever get a switch, these are the games I'm gonna play💯👍
They’re a great bunch of games. So much more on the switch to play though, it’s an outstanding console.
