- Taking on Phillies Pub's 100 Jumbo "Wingturion" Challenge in Seoul, South Korea! Every Thursday night, hungry (and probably thirsty) patrons have 100 minutes to finish 100 jumbo Korean style fried chicken wings in order to win their 60,000 Korean Wan meal for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on Phillies' Wall of Fame!

About Me:

After watching Randy struggle with this one, I’ll admit I was a little worried about Katina’s chances, but “the guineapig” really came through! Congratulations on the win!!

She did extremely well but the time limit was 60 minutes for better or worse. Good to know they are going to increase the time to 100 minutes for the next challenger.
@@haitolawrence5986 I think the challenge should have started at 100 mins since the other challenge named in a similar way was 100 mins. It just makes sense lol
@@haitolawrence5986 Not that I could even eat more than 20 in 60 minutes but it amazes me that she hasn't watched other competitive eaters consume flats. There's a method far more effective for eating flats faster. Also even if the wings were on steroids that's 50 actual wings. Unless I'm insane and have been grilling wings that have drumettes and wingettes attached to each other for 20 years.

there's a technique for deboning the flat wings, and plenty of videos on here showing how. it's basically a twisting motion and both bones slide right out. might help speed up the process next time around.

I might have been able to do this challenge when I was pregnant, I ate ALOT of wings during my pregnancy. But that was 21 years ago, i couldn'tdo that nowadays😂. You did awesome girl 💪

I laughed when Randy was talking and you put up the message that no subtitles were needed. He would do well in places where people usually use a microphone. He could just use his own megaphone voice 😁His voice actually startled me this time. He is so damn loveable. And he loves his Katina. Way to go, Katina. My stomach hurt just watching you. I looked up the Centurion and it's 100 BEER shots, folks, please don't try it with liquor lol :D I was trying to imagine anyone walking away alive.
I was trying to do the math on that with liquor and I couldn't make my numbers work at all for 100 shots. That does make more it much more doable, 5 tall beers is much better
@@JDS753 When I was visiting China, one of the table services was a bunch of 40 oz beers and everyone got this almost flat bowl, and we poured bear into everyone's bowl and 'gan-bei' the drink. It wasn't much at a time, but the festive mood and sharing had everyone knee-walking within a couple of hours. It was a fun time.
I drink and can do maybe 10 shots over the course of the day mixed with soda but never by itself! You'd die from poisoning!
