When you lift and hit the gym or do overall lots of physical work your body is supercharged to devour food and turn it into muscle and energy. Super metabolism. If a sedentary person ate this it would just get turned into fat instantly.
You would think the massive amount of food she was eating would make her feel nauseous but shockingly she makes eating massive amounts of food look so delicious!! 🤯

Drinking diet drinks very, very bad. The artificial sweeteners cause some serious cancers. An ANG vet deserves better. Still don't understand the skin art, though.
I can barely finish a regular size meal, let alone what Katina can inhale. Kudos to her! The only three things I can pig out on is creme brulee, French onion soup, and Caesar salad ( not at the same time).
