Firstly let me say me say I love the title of your channel! I had a bottle of this some years ago, and initially tried about a pea sized amount on the end of a spoon. My mouth was on fire for about 20 minutes, which I could handle, but whenever I eat anything with extract in it I get this sort of red hot poker sensation which starts in my upper intestine, just below the chest, and gradually works its way down. I had this in spades just from that small amount. From then on I just used it in food to pep up a curry or a chilli. Then one day my old lady accidentally knocked it onto the floor in the kitchen and the bottle smashed. I was eternally grateful lol.
