SICK Grindcore Show Report: Mardi-Grind Fest

I had the pleasure of seeing the mardi grind festival in NOLA last week at the peak of the Mardi Gras season. 10+ Grind bands spanned the evening with all acts putting on crazy intense and noisy sets. Needless to say, the night was a whirlwind of noise, PBR, and trash cans being hurled at people. With this video I wanted to highlight the artists and people behind setting up a full night of Grindcore! Cheers all, and I hope you enjoy this video which is chalked full of overpowering drum machines, pitch shifted vocals, and enough unnecessary gore to gag a nurse. It’s the grindcore way!

Appreciate it Rick 🍻, yeah I did my own interpretation of Mardi Gras with some of the usual parade/Jerry Bead throwing nonsense too just in case. Yeah the band was definitely going for the skimpier Bulma look 👀
