looking very good Mike. You might want to check into the bow that the outer sill has so it will match the bow that the door has. The bow is slight but there is a slight bow. I decided to go with the KAS outer sill from Australia. They manufacture the outer sill with the bow in it and that part is very accurate. The one thing I don't like about their sill is the pocket at the front so that there is clearance for the lower front corner of the door. The British Heritage front pocket is more accurate so I will have to correct that on the KAS outer sill. I think most just add a little filler to get the bow, but I am trying to minimize using filler on my project. Your video has very useful information when I get back to my car. Thank you Frank

Thanks Frank... I will check them out. Was not aware of their products... www.kas-kilmartin.com.au/index.htm
I was aware of the original bow in the door/outer sill. Will be interesting to see whether my door skin reproduces that or not. I suspect that all of the flange work I had to do on the door frame might have "erased" that information. Thanks for the reminder!
