Love the cookbook, a good idea would be to add the recipes (just macros) to myfitnesspal and macro factor apps
Gibt es das auch auf deutsch?:)
Just stubled upon your channel and love it! great tutorials. can you maybe showcase some shirataki rice recipies? that would be awesome
This is impressive! I've been simply throwing a tortilla in a pan and making these for years. I never thought of the how simple making my own crust could be. Awesome!
Really like the idea of this channel! Already incorporated the protein overnight oats into my diet. I would love to see a series/playlist of high protein vegetarian recipes if possible! Keep it up!
Pizza is love pizza is life
Amen
Not Shrek?
Pizza is love pizza is life for those who don't explore the variety of foods available in this globalized world. There are lots of loads of tasty healthy foods available in the world which we are unheard of.
Love it! An alternative to those who don't wanna create their own dough from scratch could be some low-cal tortillas! I often make tortilla pizzas because they're as delicious as a thin crust pizza, and are so easy to make!
I used to make simmilar pizze when on my cut. Insted of cast iron, i just put it on baking paper and into piping hot oven for 10min. One change - I used the light mozzarella (the ball one) - it has less fat, and it realeases more moisture when cooking - keeps the tortilla from burning, while everything else cooks. I also loved to top it with mushrooms, and after baking, some arugula for added taste and fiber ;).
Another great recipe and it's coming at the right time,I craving for pizza so I will try all 3 way and see my favorite, again thank you for this recipe and for your cookbook
Thanks so much for your videos, they have really helped me become a healthier (and tastier) cook! By the way, I made a tandoori chicken dish with a mint chutney for my family yesterday. Everyone loved it and it had great macros. You should try it out!
Milk and self rising flour also makes a good dough. 85g flour and 50g low fat milk or almond milk. Very stretchy and wont break when rolling. Should try it
I tried the second recipe with Quark instead of Skyr and it was phenomenal!
I just use a tortilla and fold it like a quesadilla. Pizza sauce and toppings on one side and fold. Its pretty good. 180 cals for tortilla, 40g moz cheese is 120 cals, pizza sauce 35g is about 25cals. 325 cals and of course add any extra toppings.
whole wheat tortilla pizza are our go to for that pizza craving
I want to try it with basil on top!
Could you do a video on meal plans and which dishes complement each other for various ranges of weight?
For example: For people looking to lose weight weighing 75-85, for breakfast this dish, lunch a second dish and for dinner this dish would be ideal.
Thank you so much for every ounce of effort you put into creating these videos! I have been inspired to cook more healthily this past week because of your informative and useful recipe videos. All the best to you, always!
Thank you so much, I really love making these videos and it's so cool that people find it useful :)
lets goooooo Felu!!! Italy dominate deutchlaaaand!!!!! you give so many ideias for daily cooking.
You can also make a high protein pizza base with flour, eggs and cottage cheese. Have to bake it a little first though
Can you provide an recipe?
Felu please make a video on your low calorie sauces! I just watched you kitchen equipment video and the mint(?) Sauce in the squeeze bottle looks so good! Im curious how long it will last refrigerated
Hi Ali, check out my High protein quesadilla video. I show the mint sauce and a Peanut butter sauce in that video
AMAZING
do you have a high protein/fiber mason jar salad meal prep plan?
quick tip if you want stuffed crust cheese pizza that is low calorie just use low calorie cheese sticks in the crust and I learned it from Remington James pizza video recipe.
Nice tip!
What's the site that you use to measure the calories for your meals ?
Awesome, the only downside with your channel is that I can’t try all recipes and want to eat more often 😁.
Was wondering if these doughs can be cooked in an oven like any other pizzadough?
There are also protein tortillas to buy that taste really good 👍
Good to know!
Instead of making it a pizza, I fold it up and make it a calzone and add ricotta cheese for the protein
I would love to see a coconut or walnut shrimp recipe in the cookbook. I plan to buy it soon!!
the 3rd one had the best dough
Small "Pizza" recipe:
1 Can of thuna
125g of cheese
4 eggs
Use a hand blender or any other blender.
Put the liquid into a baking tray and bake untill brown on top. Take it out and flip it.
Now put on your tomato sauce, toppings and 125g of cheese.
It has about 1100-1300 kcal depending on the toppings. But its insane for keto/low carb diet. 1300 sounds like a lot but you have an entire tray of pizza.
Have you ever considered more Chinese dishes? Like honey garlic noodles or other noodle dishes?
This might be a stupid question but, do you think the second pizza would work in an airfryer?
Yes, absolutely. The difference is only that it wont have brown spots in the air fryer but it works
@@Felu thank you
There is are some protein mozarella that is about only 130 calories and 23 protein which makes this a great cutting recipe ;)
My Favorite part of the video always stays (and the enty recipes comes around …. Calories) 😂
Roll the tortilla pizza after and it's a snazzy pizza roll!
Lol yeah xD
have you tried to replace the broiler step with an airfryer? reason i am asking is that the explained procedure requires a lot of power (pre-)heating the oven for such a small pizza -- seems a bit wasteful (esp w energy prices in GER)
It is worth noting that making a 70% hydration dough and using real crushed tomatoes as opposed to premade sauce will have less calories and will taste better
I know and even made a video with exactly what you wrote ;)
@@Felu Oh nice! Can you send the link? Love your macro oriented content, by the way
🍕🎉
Felu the type of guy to wear under armour to bed.
Pizza isn't meant to be changed
Can you please try out Indian recipes
i think the last couple "pizza" recipes have been really pushing the limit of what we can call a pizza
Tbh I like it cause I’m sick of actual pizza. I been eating it so much once a week for 2 years this is a nice and healthier change
Absolutely agree. They have nothing to do with pizza. They great for clean eating and weightloss, but it is not pizza.
What would you call it then? "Cheese tomato bread"?
It looks like pizza and has similar ingredients to pizza (dough, sauce, cheese), then it would be difficult to call it anything else.
That first one is NOT a pizza of any kind, it is a wrap with tomato and cheese
I love your recipes mate, I live off the apple protein loaf (I make it into muffins). But this isn't pizza sorry, not even close 😢
This is definitely a better alternative to the typical pizzas with an enormous amount of salt and cheese, whilst containing basically no fiber, but I definitely wouldn't call these healthy. The issue I have with this is that it's quite misleading, I'm certain it's not intentional, but that's exactly why I feel it's worth to write this comment😄.Cheese and processed meats are both carcinogens (cheese for prostate cancer, processed meats like deli meats mainly for colorectal cancer). Though cheese isn't technically classified as a carcinogen, but even if you operate under the assumption that it isn't a carcinogen (which the evidence suggests against in the form of meta-analyses and experimental studies), you still have a different carcinogen. 50g of processed meat a day in comparison to none is enough to result in an increase in risk of colorectal cancer, which should be of reasonable concern for health. I was expecting more veggies as toppings, like arugula, asparagus, broccoli and maybe some mushrooms as well. Sure it's healthy in comparison to a typical pizza, but many people will think this is much healthier than it actually is purely based off the title. If you see this comment, let me know what you think. Your videos are amazing for people who are trying to lose weight and gain muscle, keep them coming!👏I think you really deserve all the growth you've been getting recently, much love from Belgium❤
100% agree. I do hope that people remember that he’s not a dietician, that they vary their diet and won’t eat this “pizza” everyday though.
Shut up nerd LOL
@@lisaa3978 Hi Lisa, thanks for the reply! When it comes to carcinogens in cheese, casein is the one that is pretty much known as a carcinogen for prostate cancer. There seems to be quite a clear correlation between dairy intake and prostate cancer risk, especially for whole milk. Experimental studies also suggest that casein is a proliferating promoting factor for prostate cancer cells. Casein is very concentrated in cheese, which is concering. The evidence definitely points in direction that cheese and other dairy products are to be avoided for prostate cancer, with the potential exception of yoghurt. Let me know if you'd like to see my sources. Greetings, Michiel
NOT. A. PIZZA.
I know why you're doing this, but that is as close to pizza as tomatoes are to apples...
Tortilla Pizza is a sin
Bro if it has carbs or wheat in it - it is not healthy
