My curiosity was about Allen. He's worked at Luxor since 1993. From what it appears, he's been working in the buffet as a host the entire time. That's his choice, but that doesn't say much about the promotion potential for working at Luxor.

Honestly we can't base the promotion potential of Luxor based on one individual. He loves his job and his employer.
