There is not much I love more than a simple and easy crock pot recipe. This Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Casserole Recipe can be assembled in no time at all. It has quickly become a family favorite in my household.

☑️ 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
☑️ (2) 15 oz Jars of Alfredo sauce (I really like Bertoli brand)
☑️ 1 cup water
☑️ 1 Tablespoons minced garlic
☑️ 1 teaspoon salt
☑️ 1 teaspoon pepper
☑️ 16 oz penne uncooked
☑️ 3 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
☑️ 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
☑️ chopped parsley (optional)

Suggestion; add water to the jar and shake up to get most of the sauce out first before adding it to the crockpot.🤔

How would you make it for 2 and 1/2 QT
The Slow Cooker is my favourite Kitchen cooking appliance, however I live alone and I don't believe I could freeze this in portions so I will have to look for a different way to enjoy this.
But first, buy your child some chain-mail gloves before you give then the cheese to grate. Plus they are fun to wear, they will thank you and not want to take them off.

why wouldn't you clean out your sauce jars? At the very least rinse with the water used.
