It is entirely possible to do this mission all stealth but It Takes So Long!! I heart kinda feels like if it has to be done killing everyone either way, the amount of noise made doesn't really matter since there won't be any witnesses and doing this stealthily would be tedious as hell so yeah, no excuses made just pure rational reasoning xD
