The two weapons that gave me headaches to find: 1) Custom rifle - I couldn't get the snipers to drop it outside on the ground. It would either drop inside or get stuff on the roof below. 2) Sp-12 - I could not find it. The first time when it is shown lying by the autorickshaw during that info cutscene I didn't notice it, I was too busy listening to the info.
The M4 assault rifle can also be obtained from the mission motorcade interception. Just shoot the target down and wait until the troops are in the town. Use some tasty anaesthetic on them and you are fine.

you wait til the motorcade is in town, shoot the taget, wait til the MPs (soldiers with blue helmet) walk around the level, THEN FIBRE WIRE (DO NOT USE ANESTHETIC) for some reason, if you put one to sleep it will HARM HIM, and mission failed, this is not that secret! GOOD AND FUNNY GLITCH: go to TUBEWAY TORPEDO, before you climb out of the sewer at the beginning, there is a rat, right at the POINT OF INTEREST, shoot the RAT, then walk over it and select DRAG BODY, (YOU CAN DRAG A RAT AROUND) LOL

There is one more way to get M4 without completing 5 missions with Silent Assassin rating. On the motorcade interception mission you see the UN Soldier (the ones with blue helmets) they have M4 so kill one of them then escape sorry if i late i am playing this game since 2010 so i didn't find this video.
The M4 Rifle you get by 2 methods. Either play the first 5 levels in continuity completing all in Silent Assasination Mode Or You can use the God Mode Cheat Code at the Motorcade Interception and wait for one of the UN soilders to drop it.

Poorly made i say. All collector guides should be made in oder so that people dont have to repeat levels n this video over and over. All walk-throughs ive ever watched "walk through" the game. From start to finish 1 collectable at a time easy n not to spoil the game. First 2mins your not "collecting" anything which would confuse a few people. 4:49 shooting a wall lots of times ok? Then very next thing 5:03 you collect the Revolver, displaying what your picking up for less than a second. I completed this game n played for hundreds of hours 10+ years ago, recording my own perfect walkthroughs on VHS. And me all ready knowing the game well still found your video confusing n bet a lot of kids that need your walkthrough are going to miss n not see/ understand some of the quick random parts in the video

for the m4, on one shot die mode u can shot the floor close to the blueman and wait the best moment to escape

Angelito Millonario It is not possible to pick all weapons at once. To collect all weapons you will have to pass the same mission few times.
