I think she gave him more than $2,500 but they wrote the bill of sale for $2,500 to lessen the sales tax owed. She knew exactly what was going on and doesn’t have clean 🙌
He also reports less of a profit and pays less taxes. They are both dirty. He’s just more put together than she is.

I'm glad someone else sees it! What's interesting is JJ usually would see that bank statement and withdrawal of 5k and give the person the benefit of the doubt that they paid 5k. However, because JJ knows that what this girl did is illegal, she isn't giving this girl anything without exact proof.
@@MelS-o4t never said she was wrong. I am saying both parties lie to the government so that both parties pay less on their taxes. Therefore with the contract in hand. It's 2500 dollars base on the bill of sales. Even if it's a lie. Government see it as 2500.

My first car two people tried to do this to me. They said to write $1000 instead of $2000. I ended up not selling to them.
We get people doing that when we have bought used cars from private sellers. They want to put it was a gift. Even my relative. I'm like, no, that's not honest. They're always surprised that we're determined to pay the full sales tax. Funny, though, once my brother actually did give us a car and I felt bad and like the DMV wouldn't believe it.
