Do you have to the put the receiver where the 5G. Signal is tell you you to? Or can you just put that at any place you want? I want to put on a window but the 5G signal is not there. Help
@@alxanny1078 Yeahh, Whole time it wasn’t our fault at all; but the towers fault. You most likely are having the same problem. The tower nearest to me wasn’t working for some reason. We had to call a WiFi guy to look at our router, then he told us yeah it must be the tower. After he drove down the block to look at the tower, he came back about an hour later and told us that someone will come out here to fix the tower and to keep our WiFi stuff setup so we can connect automatically. So we kept our stuff plugged in, red dot and all. By the next day or day after, our receiver and internet box dot was white.

It has to be where the 5G signal is coming from . The app should show you where to place the antenna.
