Sorry my sisterwooo! Unbelievable. Imagine networking on arrival at the airport with a South African business person who avoids Kenyan Airways, 48 hrs later they are back in SA from their business trip and they tap your shoulder "Eish neh, Clare you're still here mara!". 😂
They ALWAYS do this and l stopped flying Kenyan Airways, even if they say it’s free…. I DON’T!! No explanation or remorse whatsoever EVERYTIME. NEVER! Glad you got home safe xx
Ohhhh, that airline is the worst. I had 4 schedule changes in a day from zim to Nairobi. Missed my uk flight . I hate that airline though the crew I interacted with were really really lovely I have to say.
It caught me by surprise, but was enough to never book with them, esp after doing research. At least you managed to get a flight. Yes the people and country of Kenya are lovely... their airline not so much...

stop exaggerating kenya airways has been voted among the best in africa, problems can occur in any airport in any country ;even europe, yep and yet you dont even have a national carrier in nigeria
we receive milions of tourists every year, they dont complain and they always come back, so next time go to ethiopian, rwanda air you have options, let us enjoy our tourists in peace

I have been to your country... went to Malindi and Nairobi for my sister's 50th and absolutely loved it, and you're right Zimbabwe is failing to keep up with Kenya for sure. It was a genuine slip of the tongue. I apologise 😔.

@loubock3238 I have heard things about spirit airlines and other USA arlines.. Rwandair is okay 👍🏾 though... I've used them twice with no issues.
