Have you ever come across - Jonwen Doniden Rule - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my m8 got excellent results with it.
Yes, I also initially thought that the left hand is the most difficult to use in piano playing, but now I find that it is not the case. The main issue is the coordination of both hands. It seems that the brain has to get used to doing this coordination of using fingers in both hands at the same time.
My teacher helped me saying that before trying with both hands, I should learn how to play the whole song with each hand separately! When I’m able to do that, it’s much easier for me to play with both of them!

For those who says its hard, its not really, if you are a begginer then i suggest you follow it slowly, step by step, changing the playback speed helps too.. hope this is helpful!
@@TomMack530 hello I'm a little late i see but if you're on mobile this'll help! If you go onto the 3 dots there are basically your settings. If you tap on that. One of the options will be playback speed. Tap on that and you can change the speed of the video. 0.25 is the slowest and 2.00 is the fastest.

My brain can't even entertain 2 separate tracks of thought at once, let alone coordinate my fingers to give sound to those thoughts... Basic as this was, it is insane.

Everyone please a word of advice is slow the video down to play at .25 speed (video settings) till you learn it in sections. Then, practice the melody smoothly. Patience and love to all.

I might be able to play this one with both hands after a month or so. I suck bad but I am persistent. I can’t read music very well either so I put my phone on my keyboard and go at it rockband style.
Practice :) jk but yes basically it’s that lol, try to learn easy songs and start with your right hand once you kinda know the right hand part you can move on to the left hand (at the same time) at least that’s what I did, it took me a lo g ass time tho
There used to be another easy piano rendition of this song on youtube but now I can't find it. It was a similar type of video, except the shot of the keyboard was from further away and the the rendition did not have as many sharps and flats as this one. I've been trying to find it for hours now, so i'm wondering if maybe that particular channel was taken down? If anyone has an idea about what channel i'm referring to, please let me know!! thanks!
I have the exact same problem! I was learning from that video but when i came back the other day to practice I couldn't find the video anywhere. I had the sheet music of that rendition open and it also had the video demonstration(aka the video we're talking about) below . When I tried to play it it said the video was unavailable because it was a private video. I don't know what happended but I guess it's not available anymore

when i first started it was maybe around 50+ hours of actually concentrating with a song I liked and after that I started to find putting both hands together a bit easier. just keep at it.

Example say when the right hand comes for the first time I know I need to press C# first but when I press E on my right hand at the same Time I press E with my left. Does that makes sense what I’m doing? My question is will this help me with my hand coordination overall? It seems to be helping.
abuse ads are just sucking the joy out of using you tube any more, now the view blocking window ads make it miserable when trying to see and learn the songs on the piano you are trying to teach. We get it ads make possible profit but at what cost when as in us leave the site out of frustration. Some ads are informative but it's the abuse of so many and now some are so long it;s like a mini series.
Learned it on a piano pretty quickly and now using this video to learn it on a guitar. Can't read sheet music or tabs for guitar. So yes these videos are handy.
