- Hey everyone,
In this video I show you guys one of my wendler workouts and a taco recipe.
Ingredients:
6 Taco shells
Tofu
Burrito spices
Yoghurt/sour cream
Cilantro
Salsa
Some sides like lettuce/red onions/paprika
Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Slice the tofu in rectangle blocks of 1 cm thickness.
Take an oven tray, lay some aluminum foil on it. Pam Spray is recommended.
Place tofu blocks on it and spice them up with the burrito spices.
Bake until most of the moist is gone and they are slightly dry.
Meanwhile cut the cilantro in to small pieces.
Put the salsa in a sieve and get most moist out.
Mix the cilantro with the salsa.
Slice the sides.
Put the taco shells in the oven for a couple of minutes.
Combine everything once the taco shells are heated up.
