I keep trying this using Americolor Candy Color or Wilton Candy Color and my chocolate keeps seizing. I've tried milk, dark, and all different brands. What am i doing wrong? I've wasted sooo much $ trying to figure this out.
Hi I know this was a few months ago but I’ve had the same issues. The only thing I’ve found that keeps the chocolate from seizing is using an OIL based food coloring. I finally found one called Sugarflair, it’s oil based gel coloring and it works perfectly. No more chunky seized chocolate!
What kind of food coloring is that?
Powder color used for chocolate
@@deepabakes227 but in your subs you wrote oil candy color?
@@princesszuzuu u will get chocolate colors as oil based or powder based..

Once color added leave it to rest for an hr or overnight.. Color deepens.. Not to mix too much or heat the chocolate repeatedly
