15 drops of Red colouring in 75g of chocolate, surely it would it make the chocolate unpleasant in taste?

Do your oil based colours change the taste of the chocolate? For example, the black, purple or the red are they bitter? I would love to try these out.

These are candy melts no need to temper the same...we just need to temper pure chocolates
