Beautiful action, pace, line and length. I really miss Lee and Shoaib bowling era. Absolute incredible
Lee was way better than shoiab he had not that kind of swing
@@Saurabh24776 Shoaib was averaging a good 5 less than Brett in worse conditions. Id have to give the edge to shoaib here.
@@nooneknows19 shoaib>Lee in test, Lee>shoaib in odi
@@davidcaprio897agreed.
2005 - 08 was when he perfected his craft. Still managed to bowl 150-155 clicks but with much more control and skill. Who didn't wanna be Binga growing up! A cricketing icon!
@shahmianas8512
No, that's incorrect. Lee wasn't capable of 150-155 clicks at this stage.. In fact he never registered those types of speeds in this series, more in the 140s, up to high 140s.
In fact after the speed tracking calibrations changed, both Lee and Shoaib fell in pace by 5kph...which means the modern days guys like Wood and Nortje would have been high 150s top speed back when Lee and Akhtar were measured at those speeds prior to the change in measurement.
@@relevantbrother8964 Actually champ, you are incorrect. The yorker wicket, for one example, was clocked at 151kph. You probably should fact check that rubbish you posted because it’s categorically false. Lee was in-fact managing to hit speeds in excess of 150kph during this era. It was these speeds paired with his increased accuracy and length that managed to put him among the best in the world from 05-08.
Please don’t try and correct people with incorrect information.
You're incorrect, even in 2011 world cup Lee managed to bowl some 150 kmph balls. Know the true facts and comment next time@@relevantbrother8964
@@musk5160I agree with you
What is great about Lee was that even during his final years, he was still able to maintain that 140km/h + speed with consistent line and length. A true but underrated fast bowing legend of Australian Cricket ❤️🇦🇺🏏
One of my idols. He was the best at sheer pace and intimating short stuff, but then perfectly following it up with full balls or Yorkers. Not only that, he could swing it too.
What a bowler "Bert" was in his prime! Red-ball and white-ball cricket back then,
His celebration was also equal fearless as his bowling.. that teams attitude was fire altogether.. bad boys always wants to win the game through any means
Brett Lee has the perfect demeanor for a Fast Bowler. Confident, aggressive, and deadly! Add that to his exceptional skill and brutal pace, it's no wonder he's one of the best fast bowlers of the last century.
He was excellent
Last century?? U mean this century
@@Aman-nk5uq he debuted during last century.
I sometimes think that cricket peaked during 90s-mid 2000s. May be I am old school but I am a fan of the test and ODI series we used to have before T20.
Agreed
Same
You're correct here..... You aren't old school...... I have watched all cricket after 2013 yet when I watch the old cricketers I can easily say that today's cricket and cricketers are a joke....... Today's greats would have been average players back then......
If you can't reach this conclusion, you either are biased or don't have enough brains to realize this simple fact!!!
@@rahulmishra800
How today's cricketer would have been avg back then??
Logic??
Binga at his best glorious days of oz cricket and channel 9 commentary
The absolute Best! Immaculate Bowling Action and one of the best to ever grace the Sport!
Brutal, accurate and fast - superb to watch from a pom!
Brett Lee- a player that make bowling passionate and creates evergreen memories to cherish. You will be the best bowler that I have seen Lee. Thank you for the memories ❤
Lee and Shoaib, people know them mainly for speed. but it was line and length, the swing. that made them what they are today. His celebration was fearless, Brutal...
Fact -: everyone has copied Brett Lee's bowling style once in their life 😂😂
His bowling style looks so awesome but if fans want to copy him, u need to be super fit
Always ❤😂
Me too
Still do
and failed
"BINGA" didn't just make a mess of India...
He made a mess of every Team he bowled against! 😲
Superb fast bowler. 💎👍
M 🦘🏏😎
He also scored 200 against us at Sydney in 2004. Scored a century 4 times with one double.
Imagine having Brett Lee bowling at you from one end and Dale Steyn from the other
He was player of the series for aus vs sri lanka with 16 wickets in matches and this one vs india as well
W.Jaffar was just bunny of Lee in this series
Ab twitter pe bakchodi krta hai bhai apna
Binga in his prime a different breed

@@shaikmabasja9010 bro I was just appreciating Lee. I love both of em
Although I don't see Brett's match yet He is such a good bowler .
His bowling action one of most beautiful thing in cricket.
My favourite ever fast bowler. ♥️
I wanted to bowl like Brett Lee growing up. The only problem was speed. Mine was a 100 KPH slower than his. 😑
Brett Lee finished Wasim Jaffer's test career in this series.
The bowling action is just poetry...
When we used to copy Brett Lee's action in childhood, it used to be a lot of fun .
Never thought I’d see an Indian walk. Respect to VVS Laxman
That Australian Team used to be a pack of Ferocious wolves❤
Brett Lee is the most handsome cricketer ever. You can call him handsome, hot, cool, cute, classy etc etc. He has the most beautiful smile too.
Love the crowd backing him on every wicket
Symonds❤ and warne❤.
This is the definition of fast bowling right here. An absolute legend
4:14 and rest in history....
LOVE.4 kind of bowling.
That late swing outside off, was classy.
Lee was an emotion for 90's kids.. Trump card of Aussis in 2003 Wc.. And nightmare for all the opponent batsman... 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Brett Lee my love❤
Such great team of this !
Excellent bowling 😍😍😍😍
Brett Lee 🔥
Saw him v victoria at the SCG in his first season for nsw. May have been his maiden 1st class game (cant remember). Knew he was going to play for Aus even in a game where we were being utterly destroyed by the vic opening batsmen.
Mcgrath at one end, binga at the other.
Tubby dropped 4 slips catches day one... yes. Mark taylor dropped 4. Greg matthews made a ton. Bowling.
Great day for a nsw team that had all its test players there. Both waughs, slater, taylor, mcgrath, matthews...i think vic made 400 day 1. Elliot was on 200 not at the close.
Brett lee brett lee
Lee had lost some pace but was still in the mid to high 140s and often used the new ball, got outswing. Biggest thing is the way genuine pace scrambles footwork with so many caught in the crease.
If anything the slight loss in pace gave the new ball more time to swing.
Binga was a master entertainer.
Best in the world ❤
I loved this Australian team
Dominated days of oz cricket when they thrashed every team and what about channel 9 commentary 👌
Australia were declining by this point. McGrath, Warne, Langer, Gillespie And Martyn had already retired then, Lee and Gillchist retired at the end of this series.
Lee is on fire.

The fact that Wasim Jaffa has the audacity to talk and tweet about Australian cricket these days is hilarious. The man should never say another word after he was humiliated so badly in this series hahah
He was a proper test match batsman , with a very good record in first class cricket. Facing Aussies bowling attack is a totally different game.
I haven't played cricket at any level.
So do u mean to say I shouldn't criticise the players.

I believe he dismissed every Indian batsman atleast once in this series. He was on fire. Tendulkar was his bunny this series. But yes, Ganguly shouldn't have been given out in that Perth game.
Sachin was the top scorer in the series with average above 70. 2 150s and 2 50s. Definitely not the bunny of Lee because he dismissed him 3 times in 8 innings

It's a shame that this series is known for those bad umpiring decisions when both the teams played some great cricket.
Absolutely.. India has taken strong stand against them which I will remember forever... Even we were about to come back from that tour but somehow things were settled
2 of these wickets were wrong.
India were embarrassing this series. Racially abusing Andrew Symonds and causing Steve Bucknor to lose his job. Disgrace of a cricket team and country.
@@avikarsewpersad9856 so do think Steve Buckner was a good umpire? Replays doesn't show the same tho
