I have a black dialed Air-King on a heavy oyster bracelet, nicely aged but freshly serviced! Keeps excellent time and runs for more than 48 hours off the wrist! You can’t ask for a better daily wearer in my opinion. Some call it the poor man’s Explorer but it’s every bit as good! For me, the 5500 is a keeper!

I have same size wrist, they wear more like 36mm. Don't look too small at all.

Have a very noob quesiton, planning to get one of these & I found out that the transition explorer 5500 has the same size, I've seen some old dial's & hand's (super precision/precision) that have been refurb on sale online, was wondering if it will be a good deal to have it re-dial? (being cheap, I know, but hey that is just me)
