- In Episode 8 of Convention Days Revisited we go back to 2005 when Rob Zombie was at San Diego Comic Con promoting his 2nd film the follow up to House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil's Rejects.
It's hilarious how often Zombie contradicts himself and does the very thing he claims to REJECT...

Yep. Glad he did. Not my favorite Zombie flick(3FH) of course but still good.

Sean you should have sent this to Rob before he went out to do 3 From Hell. Seems like he needed to listen to his younger self when he said he was done after Rejects cause it was his Road Warriors.
Entertaining interview. I don't think Rob Zombie has topped The Devil's Rejects yet. It holds up so well.

Cool interview! I dig Zombie's stuff; that 60s horror magazine meets seedy carnival meets 70s grindhouse trip. More for his art and films rather than his music. But he's got good tunes too.
It's funny to hear all the praising of Lion's Gate. I remember in the early 2000s LG were considered THE horror studio (kinda like the Blumhouse of the early 00s, just not as cheesy and bland). Now, are they even still around? I know they had a regime change a few years back and had shifted away from horror. (Sure, why not move away from what makes you money. Worked for New Line. Ooops!)

😂 so rob and sheri both said everything was done! And Over after Devil's Rejects..yet we still got the Awful 3 from hell sequel that was terrible compared to the first 2.
