Thank you for explaining this process to us. Thanks to Mr Zhang and Ms Bei Bei for sharing there family practice and tea making tradition with us. I definitely more interested in try this tea.
This was amazing, almost felt as if I was there myself. Thanks for making it, in English as well. I will continue to buy Lapsang Souchong tea from this region, it's delicious and a tradition worth preserving.
Thank you so much for making this. Such a beautiful land and people. I just started drinking loose leaf tea and discovered Lapsang and love that too. Haven’t tried the Tongmu yet but now that I understand the history and difference with this and others it’s high in my list. Thanks again!
Thank you for watching! 🙏 I hope you will try these Lapsangs from Tong Mu Village one day, and I am sure you will fall in love with them :) please let me know if there’s any other topic you wish to know more about loose leaf tea in the future!
Firstly, thank you for this amazing and lovely video! This was my first REAL Chinese tea, that I got through an old Chinese friend many years ago. I was wondering how I could support the farms here, like Bei Bei's, if there was a way to buy tea directly from them or through a store that ensures the profits go to them to help preserve this ancient tea? Thank you and Love from Canada!
Thank you for watching! That’s a great question, but I don’t think there’s a fixed answer to it. I have tried fake smoked Lapsang tea with friends who are experienced in tea, and ironically we all agreed that it tasted amazing, until we came across the real one. It’s really hard to distinguish, but there are many things to consider, price, mouthfeel, taste, etc. I think one of the best ways is to know the source and compare side by side.
Can you recommend a place where I can order this tea? I have been trying to find a good Lapsang Souchong tea for years but have had no luck. I currently live in Thailand. Thanks!

Oh wow, thank you so much for this gift, amazing video about this very important tea
Just got a smoked and an unsmoked Zhengshan Xiaozhong from Little Tong Mu Village. Can't wait to try the differences.
Very grateful to Bei Bei and her family for all of their hard work in creating such a special tea
Thank you for your kindness. We feel exactly the same :) and we will pass your appreciation to them this year.
This is a great video. Love smoked lapsang souchong.
Thank you 🙏 They usually smoke the teas for up to two days.

I certainly hope this tea can survive, the smoked variety is my very favorite, I drink it quite often.
Amazing! This is the only type of tea I drink. How do I know it is authentic? Thanks so much for sharing
