Nice to see Daisy knows how to keep the men in line! I loved watching the horses running around and interacting with each other, lots of kicking going on, I hadn't seen much of that before, all part of setting boundaries.
LOVED watching The Ladies warm up to HANDSOME Bob !!!! How it all started a year ago!!! Homestead Horsemanship, great entertaining & educational videos 👏🐴👍
Year old video but NEW to me !!!!! Loved the “ Ferocious Stallion” in the beginning “ Stay Back!!” JR warns …😄🤣😄 You guys had me goin’!!!! Good one !!! ☺️👏🐴
I just joined your channel last week and have enjoyed the videos so much. Learning about horses and especially the foxtrotter breed has been interesting. Kids being raised on a farm, ranch is just the best!
That's some good-looking stock, right there. You should see some pretty foals, from them. Thanks for posting. p.s. this could have been a few minutes longer, just watching the horses lope around the pasture. Beautiful animals. Thanks.
I’m really enjoying your videos. Excellent information! We too also own two Missouri Fox Trotters; a bay and a Palamino who were both sired by Playboy.
Very pretty horses. Glad to see Bob approaching with caution eventually till the girls give their ok! Tom and I are looking forward to seeing the new Babies in the spring.
Thank you it will be first of September if all goes well but we actually never saw any breeding take place with Bob or Daisy we are suspecting nocturnal activity. Vet coming to check January 21
@@homesteadhorsemanship September is a good month. I have a birthday then but not until the 23rd. There's a bunch of grand kids and grand nieces with birthdays in September though. I guess I should start taking bets on Tom's Martin brood , on who's Birthday will be on the day of a baby horse being born. Tom just laughs! Give our best to all on your farm! Keep the videos coming!
Honestly the alps goes back and forth but Cricket is probably bottom at this point. We were expecting Chablis to be extremely mean from what the prior owner told us. She wasn’t and calmed down quickly. By the time we separated them at the end of November Bob was the leader then the bay with cricket bringing up the rear.
Breeding season without showing any breeding action?! Come on! Sometimes, American sensibilities can be rather astonishing to us Scandinavians... Greetings from Oslo
Actually we never saw any breeding activity and have no idea if anything bred they were together three months never saw anything. The vet is coming January 21 to confirm

Bob is just a perfect specimen. He is gorgeous. I know he"s happy with his herd of mares but I can"t wait for him to come home. I really miss him!

Cool 🤘👍
Chabli (sp) likes Mr Bob!
Is Cricket the alpha mare? She seems to be protecting Tootsie Roll, all three mares so pretty!

Daisy already looks in foal.
Haha. Yeah, she has that look but is not lol.
Interesting subject, but the audio is terrible. Thanks for posting.
Yes we are working on the audio. Future videos will start sounding better 👍
Today’s kids have no sense of urgency. My grandkids are the same.
