I have 2 baby boys ❤,the big one he’s age 1 year , the second small baby 2 months….. I can’t sleep all night, day , I m so tired….. of my life, I mean I don’t have power anymore, I didn’t sleep 2 months for reall ….. I slept a day 3-4 hours……. So I m listing this music I feel relax ….. I m so tired …. My husband far away right now I didn’t see him 6 months…. I miss him so much
Stay strong for the family thats what counts. 🌈❤️
Ask for help. There is no shame in asking for help so you can sleep and do self care. Even ask your obgyn for home health nurse. Or family member, maybe church friend another mother, etc
