I hope you mention that you made it through AI instead of illustrating it yourself. I would be pretty pissed if I found out I bought a coloring book that's made through AI instead of real artwork.
@@shanamoens822 ... unfortunately I think most coloring book creators will use AI. VERY few are skilled enough to produce their own artwork ... and it is more expensive to buy artwork, than to create it via AI.
You can also use the prompts that Chat GPT 4 gives you and adjust them as well by adding certain keywords in specific places :) and.... If you're interested in learning to create amazing kids short stories with Chat GPT 4 then have a watch of this: ruclips.net/video/3gHZghUka6o/видео.html
I'm literally working on a book right now. I started yesterday. Thank you for the additional resource. My prompts from V4 didn't carry over quiet right for v5. You need a lot more detail and need to adjust how you input the text.
I tried out your prompt and it works beautifully. I still need to do some editing with the particular images I'd like to create, but I'm light years from where I was before. A lot of the work is done. I'd happily buy your prompt list when it comes out.
Paddy knocks it out of the park yet again. I also finally had an aha moment how to use chatGPT to generate the kind of detailed prompts that MJ 5 likes
Great vid. When I use GPT-4 with the same puppy-theme my prompt is super long and full of "emotional descriptions". There is not nearly as much technical description as you have. How do I get my prompts to become more technical?
This is awesome! Thank you so much for this. I've been going crazy sitting and looking at the number of drafts I've got. Now, I can finally illustrate them. Thank you so much for sharing. 💯
In this video you stated that you have "trained" Chat GPT, have you made a video of how to do so? Your videos always bring into focus the use of both Chat GPT and MidJourney. Thanks
I have not yet but I'll see what I can do! it's also fairly simple to do 😄 whatever it is that you want Chat GPT to do, you want to feed Chat GPT a bunch of information about it. in this instance I have fed Chat GPT 4 lot's of information about Midjourney, the V5 upgrade, parameters within Midjourney, information about stable diffusion and diffusion, coloring page and drawing terminology, example prompts to V5 coloring pages. that way when I get Chat GPT to create me coloring page prompts for Midjourney, it then knows exactly what to do 😄
Thank you for the helpful video. I'm getting some beautiful results with florals and intricate details etc. but I'm noticing when I vectorise them they have blocks of greyscale. I've added things to the prompts to reduce this but it's mostly the art style I'm trying to use that's generating this. I was wondering whether you have a video on how to clean up your artwork or whether my expectations for colouring pages for adults is higher than it should be.
I agree with you. I think coloring pages *especially* ones that are really intricate and aimed for adults shouldn't have greyscale and just shading in general. Lots of reviews in Amazon don't like them, but there are some people that are "okay" with them (but none that "like" them in particular). It would be very great if there is a way to get Midjourney to generate pure line art only.
some images are better at being turned into vectors than others, if this is the case then it's better just upscaling them instead of turning them into vectors. I have a few different ways of cleaning up my images but I haven't got videos on them at the minute
I'm curious to know if the greyscale portions in some of the generated images, is specifically due to the AI bot "learning" (and I use that term with a bit of sarcasm), from already available real coloring pages from other artists. We all know that the way AI "learns" is because it has gathered up and studied images out there on the web. Including any artwork that may or may not be under copyright protection and published. It's not by chance that there are coloring books done in a style with greyscale included, and that the prompts given to the AI bot are requesting coloring pages, and/or coloring pages for adults (which are the ones that will occasionally have the greyscale added to them) and AI is returning results with some greyscale added pages.
awesome :) I am hoping to have them done over the next few weeks, it's just taking a while longer as there is a 25 message limit every 3 hours with Chat GPT 4 at the minute
Fabulous videos on CHATGPT and Midjourney! As suggested, I am very interested in your upcoming book of prompts. Please keep me informed as to its progress!
Hi, thanks for the video. I would appreciate guidance - still dealing with the quality of the illustration.. The illustration does not create sharp especially on pages full of details such as flowers. How do you solve this? In addition, even though I ask for a clear black-and-white coloring page , from time to time, i get colorful or grayscale images
you can always use something like Vectorizer or vector magic and turn them into a vector, and for best results you have to make variations and rerolls to create the perfect image
there is nothing on KDP regarding AI as of yet, but as long as you're not infringing on other peoples IP then there should be no issues, I currently have AI books and there has been no issue
@@StackinProfit Thanks for the heads up. Do you think it's a good idea to also include a specific artist style that way all coloring pages look similar?
I would not use just one artists style, but combine them together to create unique art instead, you can also use different art styles and combine them together, here's a great resource for you to check out: www.midlibrary.io
Very interested in prompt, currently using your prompt with Zeiss lens and its AMAZING (i think its yours 😂😂😂, sounds the same as this one), landscapes are fantastic, did a few pics from inside a church looking at a stained glass window, i did change stable diffussion to midjourney as i thought u had made a mistake, it works as i said 👍👍👍, do you think it will make any difference if i change it to stable diffusion in prompt, not at laptop currently WHEN WHEN WHEN
awesome! Stable Diffusion is a deep learning, text-to-image model so it just makes sense to have that in the prompt rather than Midjourney, I also have information about stable diffusion and diffusion models in the rest of my prompts that I am using to train Chat GPT 4, and like I said, the prompt that I have shared is part of my ULTIMATE coloring page prompt generator but play around with it and see how it goes. 😄
Thank you, one Question please, does midjourney give you the licence to use them for commercial use ? the free version/ the paid one. And what would amazon kdp condsider those images created by Midjourney? Is it Okay ???
you need the paid plan to get commercial rights and Amazon has not come out and said anything yet in regards to AI, I personally have AI illustrated coloring books on Amazon and haven't has any issues, but I did not throw them together in a few hours and and spent a good amount of time creating my coloring books and to the best of my ability
I just started using midjourney and there's a version 5.1... should I use that one? Also my chatgpt doesn't say the version. It just says its the may 24th version... where can I find the version?
This is really wonderful, thanks for sharing. I've often wondered about if it were possible for mid journey to assign colors by adding numbers to spaces/ shapes, creating a paint-by-numbers coloring page. Any ideas about how to go about something like that? Thanks again for what you do!
@@StackinProfit I had a question that I hope you can help. I made a 12 page coloring pdf file in Canva when I go to upload it to Etsy it says the file has too many Megabytes. How do you make it a smaller file? Thanks
Thank you your highly detailed explanations. 😊 But are the artworks generated now in public domain (I think because AI generated art cannot be copyrighted)?? I'm wondering how you managed to get the hands looking like hands instead of fins? The people keep having weird features, and Midjourney suddenly but consistently started putting colored pencils over the page, like it was a photo of a coloring book instead of a coloring page. Any suggestions?
I add -no pencil, books at the end of the prompt. That should be a double dash. Re hands…got nuthin, other than keep rerolling till I get better hands.
you will always get weird images no matter what you create but here's what to do, use the same prompt and input it quite a few times, take the images that you like then make rerolls and variations out of those images. by doing this the hands most of the time end up looking a lot better
I feel that the popular coloring book themes will be heavily done, (with people using AI), and that the artwork generated will start to all look the same in style because all coloring book designers want the same thing, to create a book designed that is easy to color, yet, if for an adult, complex enough to be a challenge and interesting. The AI bot doesn't have to give fresh, new, never-seen-before images. And to assume otherwise is naive. It think it would be hilarious to see coloring books being sold all over by different sellers, (not just on KDP), that had the same AI bot generated images on many of their the pages. Kind of like seeing the same images in coloring books because the creators all make use of the same pre-made artwork for sale on the various online programs.
Is there any way NOT to get a literal coloring book on a table with pencils and pens in the picture? This seems to be happening 90% of the time with these prompts.
it all comes down to the keywords that you use, using "full page" helps a lot but also understand that you will always get weird images no matter what you create, but here's what to do, use the same prompt and input it quite a few times, take the images that you like then make rerolls and variations out of those images and you will get much better results.
