Thank you so much for this! I just finally broke down & bought a MJ sub. Trying out coloring pages seems really neat so I'll add this to my MJ to-do list
Hello! Do you have any tips for making black people that don't have the skin/hair already shaded in? And now that MJ is doing more aspect ratios, would you suggest 2:3 or 4:5? Also, border is misspelled in the first column of your descriptive words slide. Thank you!
Thank you for the brilliant video - the clearest explanation I've seen yet, especially the reference to all the drawing styles. Is there a way of using a photograph to produce a line drawing suitable for using as a coloring page? Thank you
Thank you so much for your great content. Your videos helped me to give Midjourney a try, now I am like addicted to it. I have one question maybe you could answer it: How on Earth do I turn the colored images that Midjourney provides into coloring pages? Even when I tell Midjourney to make a coloring page of a hippy style horse it gives me the most beautiful but colorful images. 😣
Hi if i made a coloring book using Mid Journey or other Ai tool and publish it on KDP will it be a copyright problem for me? I will not use any copyright character like any movie character or anime character. Just want to make simplw coloring book like beach coloring book, or dog coloring book. Thank You
I am finding it super difficult to get Midjourney to create drawings which actually hold up under scrutiny. The lines don't join up properly, hands are just all over the place, animals have extra legs etc etc. I don't know that it comes down to crafting the prompt because however careful I am, these problems still occur all the time. A lot of remedial work needs to be done to make them good enough to sell.
there's actually a lot of factors that come into play, the images you are creating, the keywords you use, how you upscale them etc. you then have to make a lot of images, delete the crap ones, and play with the ones that you like, making variations and upscaling them. I do also touch up the pages if needed.
Yes agree, especially those coloring pages for adults. The spaces are too tiny to color. When I try and do a simple "leaves and flowers" in the background, I will end up with objects that are not recognisable. Not forgetting the extra fingers and legs. There is a lot of touch up needed if you intend to sell your work. But should be ok if you are printing at home for your own use.
Great summary thanks! Have you managed to create very simple motifs for a coloring book for 2-4 year olds? I havent seen anyone so far being able to do such simple illustrations however this age group is quite a big market
Grea video! :) I really hope they make UI tool for midjourney! Some of these command could easily be made into UI :) I would like high light parts in the design with a pen tool rather than having to redo the whole thing again! :/
Thanks for the video, you talked about copyright someone else's IP, but can I include in the title of the book "Anime characters coloring book"? Or is Anime copyrighted?
Thanks for this! I could definitely see using some of these for profit too. You could also use these prompts on other iamge generators too! Especially those which are free like Bluewillow. In addition to that, you could add some texture or specific styles to create even better images.
but midjourney generate all images in raster images, pixelate images,so can i create coloring book with those images, Don't they have to be vector images?
Great information - BUT - I subscribed ($288 for the year) to Midjourney/Discord - but I'll be darned if - even after reading the quick start guide - I can figure out how to actually submit a prompt so I can start generating coloring pages. The instructions say: "The /imagine command generates a unique image from a short text description (known as a Prompt). Using /imagine Type /imagine prompt: or select the /imagine command from the slash commands pop-up. - Etc. Do you have a video about how to actually use Midjourney? -- is this information in your LCBvault? HELP!
I do not have videos on "how to use midjourney" but I have been sharing a bunch of prompts within the Vault. have you tried checking RUclips? if you search Midjourney guide for beginners then you will come across some great videos 😄
Many thanks Paddy for this video and the others. Sooo valuable! 🤩 I was wondering - how many variations do you usually make of 1 picture before it is perfect for you and you're satisfied?
thanks and every image is different are there is no set rules for me, some take one and others can take 10-20, again it really depends on the image and what I am trying to make
it all comes down to the keywords that you use, black and white, no fill, line art etc. then it comes down to making variations and rerolls until you have images that you want
@@StackinProfit it sure is. Their skin tone will be shaded in and everything else is black and white. I even had some handrawings made but they turned into something different
Do you know that Spanish is the second most spoken language in the world and the first to be spoken in more countries? Do you know that RUclips allows subtitles in other languages?
I had issues as well and other sites were working fine with the audio. I had to turn the volume way up. I don't know why tho since others are saying it worked fine for them.
Watch this video next to create even better coloring pages: ruclips.net/video/WuNtjpftjG0/видео.html
Lol 😆 I'm a Valuteneer 😆 yes for over a year🤣
So u purchased your LCB vault and i have emailed in regaurds to an issue

I am working on this as well.
Trina, describe the hair as white or blonde. I just tried it.
describe the hairstyle that you want and describe it as blonde, this way it can be colored in and I use 2:3 the majority of the time
Yes, I’m really struggling with prompts. I’m trying to stop it from creating distorted hands with 6 fingers and three legs lol. Thanks a bunch.

I prefer the term Prompt Engineering over Prompt Crafting.
I like both but tend to use crafting over engineering
i love your videos! Thank you... What are the prompt for your gothic cartoon character? I really need that for my homework
Could you tell us…can we upload photos to Midjourney, and turn them to coloring pages?
no you can't but you can use it as a base image to create from
Thank you Paddy
Very welcome
Excellent video - thank you!
you're welcome
Thank you, extremely helpful!
Glad it helped!

as long as you keep away from obvious copyrighted material then you should be ok. you also want to make your book as unique as you possibly can
Another great, informative video. Thank you for the details! It's videos like this that caused me to purchase access to your LCBvault. Great material!
Glad it was helpful! and thank you very much :)
What a brilliant vieeo. Thanks so much I learned heaps.
Great to hear!

This is amazing, thank you!
No problem 😊

no, I have not made simple motifs
Try “isolate on background”
Maybe use MJ version 4?
This video has 2 intros. I was in a time warp for a second there:P Keep stackin' homie
😂😂
Which course do I buy to learn to make cool pages like yours and access that ChatGPT prompt? 👀
Lol
I don't have a course specifically for my coloring pages but I am releasing a coloring page prompt generator prompt very soon
@@StackinProfit I think he's trolling you.
@@dougjones8667 I’m not trolling. My guy has like 15 courses lol.
@@dougjones8667 not to mention highly unique coloring pages. I’ve tried a lot of prompts and get nothing similar.

thanks :) and come and join my newsletter Paddy's Brain and you will find a discount at the end of every email :)

You are the best ever :)
I appreciate that! you are too :)
This is great!! Thank you.

Could you use "Disney-style" within the prompt crafting?
I personally would not do that If you plan on selling your coloring pages
but midjourney generate all images in raster images, pixelate images,so can i create coloring book with those images, Don't they have to be vector images?
you can upscale these images and make much better quality
@@StackinProfit what do you mean by upscaling? Is it the “see it in browser”? If not how do we do that?
hey,. I've noticed that i spy books have a huge demand, How could I make one with AI? what prompts should I use ?
i do not know as I have not done that with midjourney

Ive tried so many variations and keywords but cannot get rid of shading no matter what i do.
have a watch of this as it's all about creating coloring pages with no grayscale:
ruclips.net/video/KQascf01SJk/видео.html
i'm trying to find a way to make the drawings come out without black or gray fills, but there's no way, midjourney doesn't seem to listen to me.
it all comes down to the keywords that you use, black and white, no fill, line art etc. then it comes down to making variations and rerolls until you have images that you want
Good 🎉
thanks
How can you turn a realistic photo into a coloring book
i think that would be quite hard
@@StackinProfit it sure is. Their skin tone will be shaded in and everything else is black and white. I even had some handrawings made but they turned into something different
I just can’t figure out how to get the shading gone.

actually Mandarin is the second with Spanish being the fourth :)

ok :)

i did the exact same prompt and the woman was colored in already with shade
you will have to play around making variations and so forth
i didn't understood anything.....
ok
