    You are doing so good. I recently bought a rebounder, mini trampoline. Again, I am 82, so just do a little bounce and have a railing to hold on if needed. I think it has helped my balance. Have a great week. 😎

      @@TracesofTwaunsLife Gotta add - you've seriously got me considering getting one of these bikes. I usually just listen to music or watch TV while exercising, buy there's nothing interactive about that. I have a treadmill and elliptical machine at home, but I think variety is a huge part of staying motivated. I have a regular bike, but between all the bugs flying in my mouth nose and eyes AND having bad allergies on top of that, there's no pleasure there! I'll be out huffing and puffing and spitting bugs at the same time. I also wear contacts and let me tell you how bad it hurts to catch a bug in your eye while wearing contacts! 🦟🚲👁 Two quick questions for you when you get a sec: When you're doing the classes with the instructors, do they all have music playing and if so, do you have any control over that? Like could I mute their music and still hear them? I love music, but I don't like having to listen to 3 - 4 minute songs I don't like (and especially not a bunch of songs in a row I don't like) That's petty, but I'm just curious. Last thing, did you get a good deal by going through the peloton website or did you shop around? Finally, wanted to let you know that I did check out the nutritionalist website you shared, but from what I could tell, they don't accept my insurance (Sentara Health aka Optima Health). I'm on a cancelation wait list locally, but I do already have an appointment scheduled for October...I just hate waiting - for anything! 🤣

      @@SlMONSAYS great questions. I just uploaded a video sharing my dietician contact information. It will be ready for me to post it public later tonight. I’m not sure about the music. There’s an option to preview the class before you take it. It shows the music playlist. The class I took had some music that I’ve never heard. Honestly, I was so focused on making sure that I kept my cadence/speed as it increased or decreased during the class. I didn’t focus on the music choices 😂😆. I understand your concern. I will find out and let you know. There are options to just ride without doing classes. That’s what my husband wants to do. He tried a class tonight and said it was too much for him. He’s 178 lbs.
      Peloton has options to purchase refurbished bikes for $1000 cheaper. My bike looks brand new. It has the same warranty as well. I’m paying monthly payments on it.

      @@TracesofTwaunsLife I typically use 2 or 3 pound weights for the arms and light weights workouts. They are killer!!!
      I use heavier weights for arms and shoulders or chest and back.
