And having just arrived home tonight from the beautiful Norwegian Jade’s latest voyage around the Greek islands I concur with everything the guests interviewed here say - the standards of food and entertainment are better than ever, the Covid protocols are spot on without getting in the way of a great holiday, and every crew member goes that extra mile to ensure we have an amazing time. We’re back on the Jade for a South Africa itinerary in the New Year and appreciate the privilege.

I was on the first voyage of the NCL Encore with Harry and team! A delight! I'm back on the NCL Epic as she repositions from Rome to NYC. I'm beyond excited!! Off to Antarctica next year on the NCL Star.
Norwegian Jade was my first cruise ever done in 2008! Was her first season in Europe after been changed from Pride of Hawaii! Just loved the whole time spent on board!! She was full of colour in her interiores, from those carpets, ceilings, stairs, everything was so tropical vintage from Hawaii! Sad, it has been changed and got more neutral colours to fit with the newest fleet of the company! Although can't wait to come back and cruise with Norwegian again!!
I am looking forward to my first cruise with NCL coming this November on the Escape. I am also looking forward to enjoying "The Haven" on this cruise. Thanks everyone and may the wind always be at your back.

I just come back from this cruise. This cruise is better than QM2. Blazing Boot amazing. I wish they sale dvd to take home. Hard working crew, food at high standart,service is excellent. Everything very well organized. I am looking to book again.
NCL Jade and Even Epic are totally worth the travel to Europe . We are Aussies all the way from down on NCL the only way to go. Believe me brother and sister Aussies even on our 2019 cruise on Jade every where it is Washy Washy you will be totally covid safe with NCL. And to all those like my husband, I don’t want to go on a cruise like many people, well NCL ships are not like that, plenty of private spots for the quiet people and plenty of party spots for the young ones. The staff are just amazing and ships are spotless. Yep we have already booked our 2023 15 nights ( 2 x back to back cruises) just like our 2019. My husband is now hooked on cruising and NCL is the only was to go. And yes my dear Aussie bros and sisters it’s freestyle cruising suits the Aussies way of life perfectly. Don’t think about just do it. No I do not work for NCL or a travel agent. Just in love with NCL Cruising.
I'm Australian and despite the distance and huge cost to get to the European embarkation ports, it's well worth the effort, and I've absolutely loved my cruising on NCL. I've just been watching the most recent marketing/advertisingcampaign....... can I please ask Harry Sommer to wear his face mask fully covering his nose and not just hanging off the end of it. As some-one who previously worked in the television industry (me), I'm surprised someone didn't address this during recording, not a good look sir, sorry. Australians are extemely compliant about wearing face masks and socially distancing for the benefit of themselves and others, so i'ts disconcerting to see the most senior NCL executive not complying with the most basic Covid rules. If NCL are serious about their care and concern for passengers, it starts at the top.
Mostly excellent protocols, but clearly you don't completely get it - everybody openly shaking hands, and slapping hands??? An absolute pandemic no-no, and should never be encouraged by including in your video. It displays your true lack of health insight I. E. following most of the rules but a lack of logic and understanding for the spirit and reasoning behind how easily disease is spread. You're sanitising the hand touch points, but then shaking hands - raising the risk of cross-transmission again. Please, get this right too - otherwise apart from this oversight, everything looks great, well done.

Agree 100%. I noted the hand shaking as well. I assume they're all vaccinated but this doesn't mean they can't get re-infected.
Mixed vaccine doses work. Hopefully I don't need to cancel my 2022 cruise over silly policies
