If you have 2 ads one with priority medium and the other ad with high priority but the medium priority has a higher bid.. will google go off the bid amount or the priority level?
I'm confused about the color in the Medium priority campaign - You said you eliminate the color (and keep size), but in your example you kept the color in the keyword. So which is it? Are colors or sizes in the negative kw list for the Medium priority? I assume sizes convert better, so colors should be in the neg kw list. Therefore your example should be "women's medium shirts".
I really don't get this. If my bid for my three shopping campaigns are $0.50, $1.00, and $3.00, then why do I need the negative keyword list? Wouldn't all three go to auction and I'd get shown if my bid is high enough? It may get triggered in the lowest bid, or highest.
Hey there! We have a few different recommendations on structuring this stuff. I recommend these two resources: 1) Our shopping structure infographic: blog.tryadhawk.com/google-adwords/google-shopping-guide/ 2) For the advanced stuff, we recommend a total restructure for your most competitive products: blog.tryadhawk.com/google-adwords/google-shopping-ad-priority-funnel/
I was wondering about the bidding. so i set up my campaigns and i have a campaign budget, ad group budget and product group budget. Are they all supposed to be the same per each priority level? Example: Low priority 20$ for all 3? MED is 9$ for all 3 and high is 4$ for all 3? is that how u do it?

Any suggestions if you have multiple brands and products types?? I’m already maxed out with negative keywords lol

Are we supposed to add the negative keywords as broad match or phrase match
Great question! You can use match types for more control, but broad usually suffices for Priority Funnels.
thanks
what do you mean bids? as far as i can see, in google shopping i can only control my daily budget.
You can control the maximum CPC per item which is sat within your ad group. It's at Ad Group level where you set your daily spend
If you can't change bids, then you might be using Smart Campaigns, by creating a standard campaign, you can set your bids. Hope this helps.
