      Yes, absolutely! Start adding negative keywords as soon as you see irrelevant or too broader search terms begin appearing in the Search Term report.

      That's a very specific, long answer. Every store is different with different price points. Best way to answer is give the site a proper look to know what the best strategy/structure setup for Google Shopping will be.
