Wonderful tutorial!! My cupcake liner isn't so neat like yours, I'm going to try it your way :) I like the idea of tulle, I was using a lot of my paper..doodlebug ahhh lol TFS Hugs!!

This is perfect! I wanted to know how to place the tulle on the rosette. It's like you heard me while I was struggling. Lol Also, I've seen lots of cupcake liner rosette videos and your process is the easiest. I could watch your videos for hours. I just love them.💗 Question, is it the same process to adhere the tulle if you use card stock or paper for the rosette? I'm gearing up for Christmas and can't wait to see what you come up with.
