Sitting on the porch, back on the Kibbutz watching the rain pouring all I can think is waiting for Saturday night to watch the best RUclipsr around, Giselle. Finally after a rain filled day turned my phone on and there was one the amazing and beautiful and the most kind hearted person out there with her vlog. How exited I was as usual it was amazing. My week will be uplifted and will go from strength to strength ( we start the week in Israel from Sunday till Thursday). Thank you for reading my comment on the last vlog. You mean the world to me. I love your videos Giselle! I tried to remember what the videos about the cooking week remind me of and I did! A few years ago I lived for about a month in a convent and my duties were also related to the kitchen. I usually washed dishes. It was a completely new and very poor monastery, there was no central water supply, and at first we carried water from the well, heated it on the stove (with firewood!), and then washed the dishes. We sang prayers while we worked and it was so wonderful and there was a sense of unity.
Smartphones were notused in the monastery, only the head nun, who was in charge of community affairs, had a computer. A simple life with work, silence, prayer was very difficult at first, but gradually I got used to it and found it very inspiring.

This was a great pick me up after a 3 day hospital stay! I love seeing all the foods(which I cannot eat, ha) especially those cinnamon rolls. I am eating vicariously through you. Your videos always cheer me up. Appreciate any prayers you may offer up for my upcoming surgery. Blessings to you and your family! PS I wish I had a green thumb like you and your mom. @@gisellewaldner9406 thank you. Need my gallbladder out but also adrenal glands are inflamed so need to see a specialist about that. GB surgery isn’t too bad, you can do it out patient. I just wish they would have gone ahead and done it because all food makes me sick.

we bake them, bread them and put on the grill to sear, add to pan, cover with gravy then cover with foil then add the the oven at 320 until they are ready you will need to check on them every once in a while to make sure that they don't dry out depending on how many and how big your pan/tray is, ours are huge so we check after 45 minutes 🙂 hopefully this will help :)

Thanks for yet another video! I'd love it if you could talk a bit about how you edit your videos, where and how you learnt to do it. Actually, my favourite parts are not the cooking, but the cleaning! Hutterites are definitely the queens of clean! You inspire me to do my own cleaning and stay positive as I do it.
