Thank you for pointing out waswas I didn’t know I had it and just blamed it on my ADHD and forgetfulness and would cry all the time making wudu more then 3 times in a row. Jazakallah khair for the information, May Allah reward you all
oh honey don’t give into waswasa and perfectionism🤍 I have that in my quran readings where I think I did not make sufficient tadabur on a certain aya but alhamdullilah, I manage well by the grace of Allah🤍🌸
Subhan'Allah, such an amazing pod today. Allahummah zid wa baarik. Especially the part about the Whispers/waswas and how severe it can get! May Allah protect us all from these trials and allow us to be thankful for our blessings. Aameen.
You guys really went deep with this. Again may Allah bless you, you’ve really made me think about life and inspired me to get up and understand our religion
Allahumma barik- jazakallah khair for your time and answering our questions in the last few months. Quick question: how do you give dawah to family members who have incorrect aqeedah? This is such an important topic. Barakallah feekum
Asalaamu Alaykum brothers, jazak Allahu khayran. I wanted to ask if you could link or state those books that were recommended towards the end of the podcast for books on Aqidah that are translated in English for the viewers to try and purchase, in shaa Allah. Jazak Allahu khayran. @1:23:22
WaAlaikum AsSalaam, Haaykum Allāh. 1.Aqeedah Al-Wasatiyyah: Shaykul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah. Explanations are many. 2. The Creed of the Four Imams: Shaykh Muhammad al Kumais 3. Exemplary Principles Concerning the beautiful names and Attributes of Allāh: Shaykh Uthaymeen
جزاكم الله خيراً وبارك الله فيكم May Allah bless you for this great work you're doing, I ask Allah to reward you. I have a question regarding Shaykh Mash'hoor whom you have mentioned. In fact, he and Al-Halabi - May Allah's mercy be upon him - were how I was introduced to Salafiyyah before the times of the revolution when Shaykh Rabee warned against Al-Halabi, which kinda got me a bit curious at the time and I ended up knowing about the Hizbiyyah and the Surooriyyah right before the fitnah of the Arab Spring happened (I am Egyptian, by the way). At the time, Sahab and other communities (e.g., SalafiTalk) were full of warnings from Shaykh Mash'hoor and Al-Halabi among others. But there is still something that I do not fully understand and I would like you to clarify this in the following podcast inshaa'Allah. There are some scholars whom have been warned from for a certain bid'ah or so, but they were the masters of an art or so. What is the line from taking something from someone who has fallen into a bid'ah? (I can mention a few examples, like Shaykh Yahya Al-Hajuri, he was warned from, but the books and the texts he wrote prior to the scholars warning from him; Shaykh Ali Al-Halabi's Tahqiqat in spite of his mistakes and ditto for Shaykh Mash'hoor). So, can you clarify this matter to us? I think many of those who came to know righteousness through the path of hearing refutations in the time of fitnah and not a proper knowledge seeking path have fallen into this, and well, the internet isn't a good source at all to finding answers to such questions. It just leaves you with more حيرة than ever and a huge bunch of loose ends. (Tangential comment here about the internet as a resource here: there is an illusion people have that the internet is comprehensive, while the books that are available on something like المكتبة الوقفية or المكتبة الشاملة are just the tip of the iceberg; and things eventually get buried such that they are never caught by the SEO algorithms at all and just... disappear!)
Jazakallah khair! Very Beneficial episode. Are we allowed to take any knowledge from imam ghazali books? I learned from this episode he did tawba in his final moments.
The tawbah of a scholar who authored works that have innovated ideas doesn't remove those mistakes from the writings. To benefit from such works, either study them with a teacher who is well-versed in creed and methodology, or read the explanation of the scholars of the sunnah who have corrected and pointed out the mistakes in those works. May Allah forgive him and have mercy on him.
السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ I am suffering from waswas for 5 months...I try to ignore the waswas during wudu and ignoring it, has helped me a lot But now I suffer from waswas in toilet....whenever I come out from toilet I feel that some drops of urine have came out and I keep checking again and again....What should I Do?
Salaam, so what does foot mean of its known ? This understanding is from ibn tayyimah and is not the way of the marajority of the hanabila who have direct isnaf to imam ahmad.
