Gout is a common ailment caused due to increase in the level of uric acid in the body. This Disease causes acute episodes of painful joints. The joint most commonly effected is the great toe MTP joint. There are many causes of hyperuricemia. The incidence of hyperuricemia increases with metabolic syndromes, diabetes, obesity and hyperlipidemia. As far as diet is considered the incidence is more with Nonvegetarian food and sweet drinks. Alchohol in any form increases the blood uric acid level.

sir i am suffering from gout since last few years earlier it use to come once a year but now in last 4 months i had it for three times i take goutnil 0.5 mg for relief and 2-3 tablets of pain killer in first 3 days for sleeping at night . as i have withstand fracture pain and dental surgery pains but this is really very painful i needs to take painkiller else i avoid.
sir i was earlier taking fabustart but it gave me diabetes on lower scale that caused healing of injury .
so i stopped now i am puzzeled what to do ??
