- We’re adding a little magic to summer family travel with our new Walt Disney World-themed safety video. This full video is now onboard approximately 90% of our flights through September 2023.

The safety video last year was one of the best. Air Canada should really change it back.

The content of every safety demonstration video is the same for the most part. These updates are to make it interesting and make the passengers more likely to watch.

I found that the dictation in both languages in this video is better than the old video. They speak slower and more clearly, very important for a safety video.

I remember seeing this back in late June when I was in Signature Class on an AC 77W from ZRH-YYZ! It hit different hearing this with the GE90s starting up (right when the video started playing)! It wasn't the highest effort video, but it was cool nevertheless.

The old one was not only better, but it was memorable. It embodied what Canada is, while this one is nothing more than an ad for Disney.

I was travelling with Air Canada last week and watched this one onboard. I honestly not enjoyed this one as much as the older one (released in 2022). How the Disney World represents Canada better than its own great nature views? Please change it back. 03/23/2024

Hey Air Canada - I am planning on traveling with you in the next coming months. I will be traveling with two handguns in my checked luggage- your website has mentioned I need to sign an declaration stating my firearm is unloaded etc. Ive tried to call your customer service line a few times however the hold times have been counter intuitive. Can you tell me the process and where Id be able to find one of those declaration forms? :)
I feel sorry for the people who don't do their due diligence to find out how bad is this airline. They are like ticking time bomb waiting to ruin your next vacation and turn it to nightmare and then you will have just one option (as their customer service wont reply): take them to court. Stay far far far away from them. Don't take even their free ticket

worst air line there is. horrible service, horrible scheduling, horrible everything. stranded on the flight to my destination for an extra day, no compensation....thier excuse is over booking?? flight delay?? and then on the way back..... same thing happened. how does this happen twice????? this was extremely stressfull and scary time for 3 of us (girls) stranded and given 0 support or accomadations and stuck in an airport for 10 hours over night in a foreign country. never again. please stay away from this airline.... oh and then theres the baggage getting lost to add to this. never again.

Nauseatingly bad safety video. What the hell does Disney have to do with Canada? Don't you cram enough adverts on the inflight entertainment already? The safety video immediately before this one (with scenes across all provinces and territories) was far more enjoyable, and actually Canadian. This is commercialized American trash.
By far canadas worst airline, horrible customer service on a good day, rude and completley ignorant flight attendants, and only a 50/50 chance of your luggage going to the same destination, i recommend a hard pass of the horrible quebec based fiasco of a carrier.
