My First Time Trying This Cheese and Pastry Recipe and IT'S AMAZING!

Hello everyone and welcome to another recipe.
Today we are making my take on a Burek recipe and there is basically no cooking involved and mostly putting all together.
Simple easy and delicious that will melt in your mouth cheese filled pastry.
Ingredients:
1 pack of filo pastry
Feta cheese 350g
Ricotta 150g
Spinach 100g
Salt to taste
1 egg
Water and oil for brushing
