I like roasted brussel sprouts; cut a cross into the ends of the sprouts, then mix with some melted butter, and spices, some salt, pepper, and whatever other spices you may like, then in the last 5 min. add some parm cheese mix well :)
I cook sprouts in a certain way.. perfect every time..boil for a couple of minutes..drain..add some toasted sesame oil and quick fry for a second..put the lid on the pan and let them rest till plated..delish..😋👍
Brussel sprouts are defiantly better imo if you boil them in salted water with a teaspoon of onion vinegar, Just boiled in water gives them that bland overpowering earthy taste
That couldn't be the mulberry in Peterborough, you got three times as much meat than when we went couple weeks ago on a Sunday. Absolutely disgusting from when I've been before, for a better carvery go to the farmers in yaxley.

Can’t beat a good carvery 😋
brussel spuits I love them
You can have mine then 😀
Sprouts can be ok or the work of Satan depending on the way they’re cooked.
Yeah these were a bit tough, not the best
I love brussels. My favorite part of a roast dinner is the whole thing! Your dinners looked very tasty!
I’ve never really been a fan. But yeah it was definitely a good carvery and would recommend
Really pees me off when folk load their plates up only to leave half of it. What a waste.
Yeah me too 😡
Nobby greens are nice but if you don't like them try mashing them with bit of butter salt and pepper
I have heard of the Mulberry bush . I have been round and round looking for it
It’s best to look for it on a cold and frosty morning

All of it! Move the gravy boat, we can’t see her plate.

I’ve not been to the farmers for many a year so will definitely be going to compare.
