Amazing hymn!....Who is there with us all the moments of life, none but He who is Love! I live in Italy alone far from my family and have no close friends now . The day my close friend whom I thought was my family here left me alone and forsook me, I woke up with this hymn in my dream. God had assured me that people will forsake me, but still He is there for me. I found peace and nothing was able to bring me melancholy. I speak to Him and talk to Him. I don't feel alone at all!

Actually India has christianity way more before than english missionaries arrived in India, specifically its way before than the europe had christianity, St.Thomas one of the apostles of jesus, who came to India and spread the gospel and died in indian soil. But british and European missionaries have been constructed the church system and spreaded further the christianity.

About 14 years ago when the Lord led us to do the ageless hymns this is one focus that we had to do is the way it was sung origianlly with least compromise ( specially in the 250 voice Mass Choir ) yet present it so that the youngsters and future generation will enjoy .Each album ( about 12-14 hymns in each ) are done with prayerful preparation and planning with many months of practice . The members of the Mass Choir are from 10-12 leading choirs . So glad that it is reaching out and blessing millions across the globe at such a time as this. Watch the Channel for other hymns ( virtual singing ) in 2020 as a prayer for the Nation by the Mass Choir and groups . Also the playlist " Sing for India" when we did 2 hymns in 24 Indian languages from across the Nation

The most amazing thing the hymns are so grafted in their hearts among the parishioners they don't need hymnals and they seem to span across generations.
Excellent arrangement of the voices for this Hymn. Superb rendition on the Pipe Organ by Dr. Arul Siromoney with quite a few solo slots reminiscent of "The Church is one Foundation" on the "Blessed Assurance" album in 2012
