Can you explain the value engineering is done by the contractor. Based on the value engineering contractor need to submit the cost savings for the item. For example PT slab 300 mm in contract after that the contractor proposed 250 mm thickness. It is approved by consultant based on the general scenario contractor to give the savings to the client. Please explain
