    Is there a technique to the blood splatter on the signs? It wasn't mentioned.

      No, not at all. With the blood just put it in a bowl, make sure u have a glove on, dip your hand in the blood and throw the blood on. Let it drip down on its own. Try not to put to much on, a little goes a long way. Good luck
