The first haunted house I went to I made the mistake of turning my flashlight on so one of the clowns yelled “ TURN THE LIGHT OFFFFFFF” I was scared for life

Seriously, going into a haunted house with a group of other people is never as fun as going in alone lol
If it's a group of friends than it is. A group of random strangers isn't. I hate it when a haunted house sends huge crowds through at once and as a result the actors can't go back to their spots.
I love that it's got this whimsical charm to it. It's an endearing maze, and I think that's what they tried for. It's something you could look back on with incredible fondness. I loved the girls in the ballpit.

True, there does need to be more actual dialog and scares. The guy before the makeup room who went “HI! Sorry! Come on through!” Was about the best actor there to be honest. He was clear, nice projection and felt like an actual character than just someone laughing or screaming. At Dorney Park’s Haunt our main goal is to tell the story of our attraction while giving each guest the best scare we can give them, and if we can’t, we entertain!
