Hey! Good question, so when we were in Gibraltar we made a plan that we would both do every certificate so that we had the best chance of getting a job at the end. Then we put up online profiles on sites like Crewfinder and Crewbay etc. to try approach people. But in the end we just got lucky and we got called by an agent who said we did fit what they needed. I guess we were also looking for Crewed cat jobs so that we could work together and manage the boat ourselves.... Hope that helps :) Thanks for the comment

@@MrTHECLASSICPRO We are working in St Vincent and the Grenadines, so we did need to get a work permit (our employer organised) and that was it :) No B1 at this stage, but we would need for USVI's etc
