Very good pictures and video looKs pretty easy, only thing I'd do differently would have been the use of nylon/plastic tools instead of metal screwdriver to prevent scratching paint or breaking electrical connectors.

How do you remove the reflectors and put them on a new bumper? I am replacing a damaged bumper cover with new.
Press the hooks in the inside together a bit and take it out
Are these the same as the blind spot sensors? When replacing them, do they need any calibration? If so, can you DIY?
No, parking sensors aren't blind spot sensors.
No calibration is necessary when replacing the parking sensors

@someone-gb2ec...Tell that to the people that have water damage because of inferior or lack of proper seals and sunroof leaks due to poorly designed drains. Sunroof leaks, Door Speaker leaks, Rear hatch latch drain tube breakage leaks, Rear Side Vents @4:53 (you can see them) leaks they're big rectangular objects behind the bumper cover plastic frame with no seal. If you take of rear bumper you'll want to take them out clean the area & vents and reinstall with silicone sealer around the frames and inspect for standing water there's a rubber plug behind the vents where you can drain the water out (if there is any) this is very common source of water intrusion also inspect tail light seals while you have them out.
