Tonight we will be exploring which tingly ASMR triggers sounds we can create with my Fiance's Berserk Manga collection! Some of the sounds included in this video are ✨LOTS✨ of relaxing tapping, tracing, brushing, paper sounds, page-turning, book creaks, whispered reading, slow gentle counting and more!~ 📓❤️ ♡ฅ(ᐤˊ꒳ฅˋᐤ♪) My absolute favourite trigger in this video is tracing and tapping on that wonderful "faux crocodile skin" embossed paper texture that the cover of Berserk is made out of! 💯🔥😍 I love it and I hope you will love it too!₊˚⊹♡

ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response which is a biological reaction that some people may experience when they hear, see or feel certain satisfying triggers such as whispering, tapping, brushing or typing. It is the best know for causing tingly sensations, relaxation and comfortable feelings.
Because of this, many people use ASMR as a way to help relax and soothe their minds and bodies before falling asleep. It can be used for meditation, and sound therapy and is a natural sleep aid. I watch ASMR every night to fall asleep - and several times throughout the day as a part of my self-care practice to keep my body, mind & spirit healthy and balanced.

Starting to watch now, and I'm worried about the panels, I got the volume as a bday present. The first few set the tone, the raw brutality that is the berserk universe, and the last page is horrifying. It does make nice sounds though haha
