Amazing bud. I have the 2.0 in sonic grey pearl. It’s a quick car even on a stock tune.
it is, if anything i would still tune it but do a jb4 or a tuner that doesnt require flashing it so you can keep the warrenty, it really makes a huge difference

I have a question? My car only has prl intake v2, stock downpipe! If I buy the same ktuner as you and make the same tuner as you does it work?
Yeah just be careful on a higher boost level without a downpipe
Having you tried wiping the area clean and putting 3m adhesion promoter wipes on the area you’re going to be taping both inside the lip and the car itself to get the best adhesion possible

No I usually turn the lights off and all accessories to conserve battery

that thang moves you have the k&n drop in filter ? and ktuner removes warranty ? is there anyway to avoid that ?
No if they scan your computer they can void it. But they shouldn’t be able to void it for having an intake. The Jb4 is a Tagalog harness and Tune but it’s not as good as the ktuner or hondata and doesn’t void your warranty because it doesn’t flash the ecu
Dude they are quick stock! Do you think the internals on these motors can handle fbo and tune long term ?
I’m my personal opinion yes. These motors are based off the legendary K24 and those things are crazy strong. The K20C in the accord can only get up to about 380 before before needing a bigger turbo. So if you leave it stock turbo and FBO I don’t see why they wouldn’t last the full life of the motor.

Yeah but I’ve heard that they can still tell so I don’t even worry about it I just put my ktuner in my backpack

Do you have to send off your ECU to Ktuner ? Or can you flash your ECU immediately and everything work?
It’s all done in person. You just need a windows computer and the tuner.

@Austin Ackerman I think that 21-22 don’t offer my color in the sport models they only offer it on the touring
What computer did you use for your Ktuner? Can’t seem to find anything that’s compatible with the wire

@@stephenrusnell8698 should i go with the ktuner or hondata cuz u seem like someone who may have experience. I was dead set on the ktuner but i have heard hondata has way more tunes and options so which one would u recommend after if u have used the ktuner

DId you mess with any quick enables? I noticed when i maxed everything my turbo makes a very strange fluttering sound at low rpms when building boost. Have you expierenced that at all?
Yes I turned on early spool Advanced VSA and disable throttle dampening. I also turned all the quick adjustments up.

Your car can still run 87 but you will knock more without premium

Recommend 93 or 91 but I’ve used 87

it's not that hard of a process once you get into it. you just have to lock the tune to your ECU and flash the tune. they have more info on their website!

@Umair Ahmad I never looked at the hondata I just went straight to the ktuner because of the V2 screen
I was going to ask the same question. I am torn between a ktuner and hondata. I have a 1.5T 5 speed. I like that the ktuner has the screen, but I've heard hondata had so many more tunes availabe.
