it's been over a year since I return to your channel. I use to watch EVERY month update (3m to 37 weeks) in 2014 when I was pregnant. I enjoyed watching it and learning about my lil miracle... :) ,(second baby) he was born March 2015. unfortunately he passed away few hours after birth. just letting u know, your videos were and still is very helpful. I'm TTC now.. so I'm back to your channel preparing.. 😁💎
Wow! This was a great video until you said getting an epidural does not increase your risk of c-section. If you want to get an epidural, great! But when you look at the numbers there is a much larger chance of having a c-section after an epidural.
Thanks for your comment Amber. Most women who have a c-section need an epidural so its sort of which came first scenario...the need for a c-section or just pain relief? It's difficult to calculate. But having an epidural does not mean you will have a c-section.
PregnancyChat I never said getting an epidural means you would have a cesarean but the fact you say it does not increase your chances of a cesarean is so incredibly false and very misleading to mama's wanting to avoid a cesarean at all costs.😠
I'd like to know where you get your evidence based info concerning epidurals. I love that this video is out there but it seems a bit bias to me on some of the points. Some visuals would be great too. It's hard to sit thru a 20 minute lecture without some visuals.
just use evening primrose oil and red raspberry tea it does the job for you start rrlt anytime and promise at 31 weeks also do accupreasure the webbing between pointer finger and thumb put pressure and massage in rotation for 3 min and break and repeat
When I had my first baby I walked every day. But the problem I had was I had no idea what the feeling would be once the baby was ready to come. But this time I had my last baby it was a different feeling so I’m scared how my next birth will be. I do know working out will help. I just have a problem whit my blood pressure now these days.
Always excited to watch your videos every week along with my baby's progress. Hoping to seeing more from you. Thank you for all the information you shared, God bless!
Very useful, especially the breathing tips! I use the Aniball - that's instead of the massage. I got my baby to turn, putting a bag of frozen veggies on my belly where his head was. All the other methods failed. It took him less than 10 min to turn and it was painless to me. I strongly recommend the frozen veggie method; it's so easy and fast in turning a breech baby.
Alicia Medel 37 weeks, 4 days exactly. Btw, I ended up having c-section regardless, because I couldn't dilate enough, no matter what they'd given me :( But on the bright side, I have a beautiful, healthy baby boy

We've come so far as a species and we can't effing figure out how to have a completely pain free labor? I will be popping pills the minute the labor starts because to be in pain is stupid and nonsense. I want all the drugs.
Pictures would be better than just explanation as I find it hard to visualize the correct position. Even drawings would help.
