I absolutely think that having the bouncing, frenetic players in the background is a complete distraction. The guitarist who climbs the light tower is a fool. Very disjointed on stage. Not in sync with their deep, thoughtful, emotional lyrics and reputation. The tower jumper isn't even pretending to actually play...and has his guitar backwards during the song. They did this at the Hardly Strickly Bluegrass Festival...and so many people said the same. Branding is hard enough...than to deal with "college party friends," who join them onstage don't seem to get the seriousness of their path or offer any meaningful musical contribution. They need to tour as a four or five person ensemble...nothing more.
I love how thoughtful their lyrics are and what hooligans they are on stage.
That's officially the greatest guitar stunt ever
Maggie stole my heart when she said “we were young when we heard you” like that
This gave me quite a bit of happiness, thanks :D
I love how hard the musicians are vibing in the back.
